WARRANTY INFORMATION

All of our tires are guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and a materials for the life of the original usable tread, or five (5) years from the date of manufacture (whichever comes first).  After five (5) years or the wear of the original usable tread, whichever occurs first, all warranties, expressed or implied, expire.

The “date of manufacture” refers to the date of manufacture which is molded on the sidewall of your tire.

The “life of the usable tread” refers to any portion or whole of the original tread worn down circumferentially, to the level of the treadwear indicators, which is 2/32nds of an inch (1.6 mm) of tread remaining.

Uneven wear is defined as wear of one area, faster than the adjacent tread.

PREMIUM SPORTWAY® will not be held responsible for tire and tube failure due to improper mounting, mechanical failure or improper alignment of the vehicle.  PREMIUM SPORTWAY® does not offer any guarantee of fitment for any particular purpose and limits its liability to the original purchase price of the item.  All tires and tubes should be installed by properly trained individuals.  Dimensions for tires listed are not scientifically measured and may vary depending on rim widths and inflation.
